Miller is being creative and appears ignorant. In one year is the time. A majority is of one race. That's it. Doesn't matter if one is done in two months or 6 months. The minority isn't being killed more than the majority. Also, in almost all big dense cities, the demographic is heavy black and latino. Whites are becoming the minority. So how does that do with the kill ratio?
Is it semantics then that one of a kind is being picked on? Isn't that the issue? By that logic then the black numbers would be greatly higher than the white numbers. White cops are just arbitrarily trailing and shooting only black people so they should be dying at a higher clip, like 5 to 1 at least.
