It has not been reviewed since 50%. So like 120 patients? That’s the point. The 42 day cap on 75% review means the data won’t be looked at until Jan 4th. So whatever PRs you hear is fluff and pretty standard if the medicine has a good safety profile like saline
It could also be because of the influx of daily patients especially in the State of Cali where the daily ICU #’s and intubations are ever increasing. So maybe by adding the Open Label access, it allows patients families to choose which way to go so as to give their loved ones the best fighting chance. Just my opinion.
