Two questions.............


1) Were the UW's placed in Class 19, as per the court approved 2011 "Stipulation", along with the PQ's and KQ's?

2) Why is it only OK for Pref holders to receive multiples of their investment and not for every other member of the same class?


If they are not capped....SO WHAT!!!!

Most of us here who own Prefs paid a fraction of what they were originally worth.

If sacrificing 1 measly percent means we get paid then so be it...as I said, only a tightwad moron would object to that deal.

Difference between us and the uw is I bet they know what exactly class 19 is getting, where as us peons holding p's and k's have been in the dark all these years
