The Founding Fathers were just in the aftermath of getting out from under the King of England when they wrote the Constitution and wanted to safeguard themselves from tyranny. But at the same time wanted their leader to have the ability to perform humanitarian deeds. Little did they know that in the future misdeeds would be preformed instead at the hands of the King of The United States of America.
