Mixed motives...Pelosi called for a more generous payment early in the negotiations and Trump made it easy for her to embarrass the Repubs, while Trump wanted to stick it to McConnell for saying Biden won fair and square. Bottom line...it's going nowhere and the old revengeful man in the Oval will be ignored.
