I haven’t done much research into pfe but Moderna certainly is. Fauci said he’ll be taking the Moderna vaccine on gma. The stimulus bill that was passed includes $20 billion to buy COVID-19 vaccines and $8 billion for vaccine distribution. So someone is loading up cheap shares.
