It's not called General Capital. It's called Great American Capital run by Joe Dagrosa whose reputation is impeccable. It is 100% false that GAC pulled their financing. Dagrosa was deposed. If that was the case, this litigation would have been over 2 years ago. 100% false that GAC pulled their financing.
Bottom line is that GDSI knew defendants had tax problems but not the real extent of them.
I quickly glanced at GDSI's Memo for in support of Final Judgement and they state that they requested defendants tax documents but they were never provided. This suggest that defendants did not produce the auditor's report and it seems GDSI only knew about the report once the case initiated. This seems to be confirmed by the fact that defendants have not argued that GDSI knew about the report. If GDSI knew, defendants would have announced it from the very begining.
I have no access to the full docket and I might be missing some pieces of the puzzle.
Anyway, this is shaping nicely and GDSI should find resolution of this matter in the coming weeks.
