IMO, Kenny isn't worried about some Mickey Mouse OTC Market Group tag.
What Kenny will worry about is 3rd party interest, in buying blocks of shares, so that he gets his salary. The lower the PPS, the more shares have to be issued, to make it worth the 3rd parties to profit from a stock dump. At some point it becomes too difficult to conduct the dump, with reasonable profit expectations. Then they quit buying. And then Kenny has to consider a R/S.
