Could you possibly elaborate on where any money exists in either of these companies to acquire anything remotely legitimate?

Bingo! https://giphy.com/gifs/jason-clarke-curb-your-enthusiasm-bingo-larry-david-ummeQH0c3jdm2o3Olp

I was considering posting the same thoughts last week but I was not sure if I should do so at the time.
This said I totally agree with you.
If Block 30 Labs wants to go public, well here is the merger vehicle isn't it.
So if Western Union, or Money gram want exposure to the various markets and attributes that the Humbl Application has built into it, well let's just say the two of them could be In contention to merge with Humbl. Not thinking they are willing to sell out Humbl at all they have come too far and are close to launch.
Big banks and powerful rich people want this in their control or at least a chunk of shares that can create more wealth for them.
Do YOUR research, Due Diligence, and consult an investment advisor before acting on anything you read here.
I know what I own.
Go TSNP/HMBL Team!

What else do you want us to know?

We are finding that interoperability is critical. Financial services technologies will work across banks, cards and borders more cohesively in the future - and we are helping drive that. Other examples: Stripe merchant processing ($36B valuation, Plaid - $5.2B acquisition by Visa - plugin banking API's to apps). We take inspiration from these valuations. We make money through: a) transaction fees, b) processing fees, c) foreign exchange fees, d) lending fees and e) Master Agent - country rights sales. We are taking on 500,000 Western Union agent locations with new technologies and better splits.

I think that you are on the right path about this company, but I'll help take us a little further down the speculative path. Here's my thought: In order for HUMBL to accomplish any of there goals, they will need a few other major components; 1.) a company/partner that has a patented blockchain based ecosystem that has the bandwidth, security and debit and credit card processing capabilities needed to process billions of transactions, on the blockchain, daily/24-7; 2.) in order for that blockchain company to get the legal ability to operate, they have to have a PCI-DSS, (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) rating of 1; so that it is legally understood that that company can keep consumer data secure while processing more than 6 million transactions a year; 3.) that company/partner will need a POS (Point of Sale) System that is blockchain based; and 4.) that company will need to have connections to other companies capable of supplying consumers with merchandise and services on a worldwide basis. What is your opinion of this company; also located in San Diego? Check out their presentation page in the "investors relations" section.

. I saw some within the forum hint about some possible Western Union ties. Western Union is already on the map within the financial world, but imagine how much bigger and more on the map Western Union would be if they were to acquire to bring TSNP/HUMBL's growth and operations underneath them as their wholly owned subsidiary. Only food for thought as a huge company could acquire them and not have to worry about creating the infrastructure for growth that TSNP/HUMBL has already laid out to complete.

HUMBL is a mobile wallet that will help global consumers send, receive, exchange, borrow and invest money in new ways. No matter where they live.

Source: https://www.humblpay.com/humbl-about-products

- I like HUMBL's mobile wallet concept which I think is a key component of their business model that will fuel their growth.

Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWt_yNJuSMk

- At 28:57 during the December 9th investor call above Brian Foote, TSNP/HUMBL CEO and President, indicates that they think every consumer in their world will need a mobile wallet by 2030 or a host that they can stop into.
