I've already predicted that. He has tons of PR pump material so as to repeat (recycle) the past 3 yrs worth of PR pumps about "tests". It's meaningless. The Hold will not be lifted for any Phase 2b. However, whenever the PPS starts to fade, Kenny will issue a PR pump about a "test" in order to try to stabilize it.

A Kenny PR pump changes absolutely nothing.
