When will DECN be shut down?

Tough question! There are a ton of scenarios, variables, and options, so it is hard to make a confident logical prediction! It might be Monday, but that seems doubtful. DECN could easily seek bankruptcy protection as a means of coping with the SEC's civil suit. Of course a bankruptcy filing would pretty much end it for existing shareholders. Then there's The Bio partnership. Will The Bio still be around after being identified as "Vendor 1", which provided the damning evidence against Berman? If not, then Berman will have to find another contract manufacturer for the blood-glucose kits, which, given the business circumstances, i.e. broke and being sued, may prove to be no mean feat.

Of course Berman could just pack it in and say, "to hell with it!" Johnny C could then be appointed CEO, but who would be on the Board of Directors voting on the appointment? LOL!

Virtually all of the possible scenarios suggest there isn't much for DECN to live for, but we don't know about Berman's financial dealings, which may "encourage" trying to keep DECN afloat. Losing big-time money every quarter is a problem, particularly given the SEC's civil suit and the potential shareholder actions on the horizon. DECN will need lenders to survive and lenders, even toxic lenders, will not like the clouds hanging over DECN's head.

Sorry, I am not "wiser", but we shall see!
