Update: Hope it breaks for you. Here it's cool with some rain, but not at all extreme as coastal places up toward Queensland have suffered in the last few days.
And i'm very glad our Northern Beaches covid cluster is centered some 55km (34 miles) away. Only discovered 3d ago its now out to almost 40 cases. We'd been virtually free of new cases for weeks.
I believe the latest view is it originated within a US airline worker. The area is being locked down from midnight tonight.
Bottom line: It only takes one. Stay safe.
Update: Just heard it's been established this latest little devil arrived via a passenger on a U.S. airline who arrived here Dec. 1.
