Most of these 'purchases' were the conversion of convertible debentures held by Ray done at a discount to the market price and some were done pre 100:1 reverse split.

I sold QEE when I heard that Rusty holds no shares of QEE,

and that stock has continued to drop since, does he know some

thing his shareholders don't?

In this case it sounds like UNICO is a reverse situation.

My records show that Ray Brown's current share holdings after R/S are:

08-29-06 Bought @ 0.0384 = 1,200,000shares
10-12-06 Bought @ ..0.016 = 1,000,000shares
10-13-06 Bought @ 0.0128 = 2,550,000shares

.....................................TOTAL = 4,750,000shares

This is all I have recorded to date and is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Some where along the line he gifted @ 500,000shares? I did not keep notes of those transactions.
