According to the GSA/POR that is NOT one of the allowed ways to transfer.........

Were they in a joint acct?? If not I would have to have my lawyer look into it and see if it was IN FACT a transfer that could legally be made, as the contract we signed DOES NOT ALLOW THAT. And an in force contract can NOT be altered unless it is found to have been fraudulent to start with.
