If one looks at their people page, one will find the their Wei (Tony) Tian has the EXACT SAME qualification and bio as listed in the 8K.

I’m very very curious where this goes, definitely anxious to see the new share structure made official.. once that happens, I think it’ll prompt some good uptick, obvious statement, I know...
but then once we see/and are publicly/officially made aware of the new company he’s got coming into this.. should be interesting!
