Any thoughts on QCOM leading up to earnings in early November? Can't decide whether to play a run, or wait to get 40 or so... Based on anecdotal evidence (Samsung reports and new rule allowing consumers to keep phone number), I bet that QCOM's numbers and guidance will be strong...
