As for UWN, I see no reason for it to be this low. Other than it has the word "Gold" in its name. I remember when I owned TIDE that it would go down when oil did even though they had nothing to do with oil. UWN the chart looks good for a possible reversal here. Good tip, I'll keep it on watch. It needs to confirm reversal before I'll jump in. The OBV turned up on Friday but other indicators haven't turned yet. If it can break and hold $3.40 might be a play then.

Actually, if you got a place like in that in tucson, you would of made a killing. values have tripled in last 5 yrs alone. Moneys in real estate, these pennies dont even pale to the wealth one can accumulate buying real estate imo.. Im sure you did good where your at too though.
