Where is the citation for the 38 million lives coal allegedly saves, multiplied by tens of thousands?

Just with those killed in The US by coal every year, that gives us 3,800,000,000,000 persons that coal allegedly saves.

That is far more than the population of the entire world.

It is a shame we still have coal killers walking around.
