The problem here is the company did report they had audited financials completed back in November and plan to file with OTCBB. Now we are seeing that they plan to follow through, in my opinion the letter on pdf file on website indicated year '04, '05, and should see 3/4 filing for '06, with year end filed around March. Hopefully this is what they are working on. I spoke with Ed, and he doesn't believe they will post '04 and '05 financials, but plans to file '06 shortly, and as he told binzur, he wasn't against the idea of posting a 3 quarters of '06 until we got year end completed.
