CEO said they can do 20 million more in revenue per year in their current facility. with the new equipment coming in and expanding production. He also said they could do $150,000 a day in revenue without significant increase in cost.
Yea it sounds like they averaging 100k+ a day in Revenues in December.
Remember they already said October was +25%-30% in sales from previous year.
Operating margin will be around 30-35%.
It seems like their only hiccup is their sewing operations. But this looks like they are starting to outsource some of that to Mexico to save on cost. (i read that in a previous filing). Everyday is non stop busy from 6:30 am - 7:30 pm
It looks like LUVU has the ability to do 40 million in revenues with 35% operating margin in their current expansion production at their facility.
If they averaged 100k a day in revenue this quarter that would be $9,000,000 in Revenue..........
It really is laughable that this is only a 7 million dollar company
Another note that is really encouraging. It sounds like with JAXX and Avana . They will continue to post Positive Net income in their slow Quarters Q3 and Q4. When in previous years they would lose money.
