Firstly I'm not claiming at all that we will be paid anything and won't until I see cash in my account.
That said, If we got paid before AG's appeal was decided, SHE WINS!!!
A payment to Equity and Prefs in particular would prove her case that there are assets left for Equity.
BR has constantly denied there are assets left and uses that as his argument for putting the UW's in Class 19.
It would a huge fail for BR/UW's if Equity had received a distribution before the case was settled, thus but for AG a distribution would have been made already, if there were indeed assets left to distribute.
