AMECA has had all their filings ready to go for a few months now! I think they are waiting for official court

documents from the discharge order, and then they will be able to upload everything with the OTC

markets to bring it to pink current status.

Till AMECA lets shareholders know about where everything stands, games will be played to get cheap

shares!!

Hoping we’ll get some kind of an update next week from the company ....
