As most investors know, investing in non-revenue Biomedical Companies is riskier because of the limited ways it has to raise capital.
Leo could borrow funds which can often lead to bankruptcy if loan payments, due to a myriad of reasons, cannot be made on time puts the company in default of their loan terms. OR, Leo can sell stock. Yes, in the short run, that can lead to share dilution and the reduction of the share price. However, if the funds are used to advance the trials of their drugs, additional value will be created and reflected in a higher share price. Leo is working hard to do just this.....create shareholder value which will trump the stock dilution that has occured.
This is why longs like myself are not affected by bogus negative speculation. We are expecting news of clinical trials starting very soon and that is why we are not selling our shares.
We don't feel we are in a hopeless situation, quite the contrary, we are very excited about the future of IPIX and its share price!!
Its really quite simple, if you understand and believe in the science, science that has been supported by reputable 3rd party sources.
