Haha, too much. By all means, please explain to me any part of Sulja's assetts that is worth 12 million, or even the 7+million the OCS says they made. Sam's was bought for 500 thousand.

These are approximate numbers… on how the 12 million were spent.

3 mil to the sulja family instead of shares….goodwill assets ect.
***fine, although seems a little steep for what Sulja's assets are.
3 mil banks to lift any liens ect.
***why were there 3 million in liens? The business is a small town operation

2.8 mil to other creditors and yes, Petar was one of them
***WTF? How did the company supposedly get so bad into debt? I thought they were profitable and around for 25 years.
3 mil + 2.8 mil = $$5.8 million in the hole with few assets.
Why were Sulja's paid $3 million for a business that had so much debt and obviously failing as a business?

600,000 foreign business setups

- So basically what you are saying here is that the OSC's allegations are correct, but that Petar really didn't break the law because it was his right to sell shares through nominee accounts. Haha, I guess you would know the law better than the OSC.
