Fair enough. All you care about is if Brilacidin proves to be a magnificent success.

I understand that.

Not leaving ourselves much room for a graceful transition over to B-UC if B-COVID doesn't work out.

How far we've come from a three-pronged behemoth of a clinical pipeline ready for partnership and phase 3 in 2015 to a crap shoot based on preclinical COVID testing as we enter 2021.

I guess you're right in a way. No sense worrying about a B-COVID failure at this point. Blow on those dice and hope for a new pair of shoes my fellow gamblers.

That's right, for all anyone knows selling the second round of preferred shares may not be necessary.

Theories about the CEO having extra cash in hand are all well and good, but they don't address the apparent urgency implied by this sudden round of third party funding.

Me thinks something is brewing, and the multiple hundreds of thousands of shares on the bid at the end of Friday's trading session could be a signal of agreement.

I find it yet another distraction (among many possible) to become lost in the weeds of financing agreements (or spin them negatively) when good interim results from the coming phase II clinical trial may be all that's needed for a significant share price boost, and much better financing options.

In the general scheme of things do you think any of us will give a damn if Brilacidin proves to be a magnificent success?
