I also think it`s a good one. Also with lot of plausible thoughts. But you also see that it is more or less 100% in the opposite direction from what AZ is telling us all the time.
So we these would be two thesis, both not showing money or facts that support it by evidence.
Most likely it will be the middle ground were we will meet, which is no money for escrow at all.
