I've talked to quite a few people at regulatory agencies over the years. They could care less about message board posts, unless the poster in question is being paid to tout.

I understand your frustration with that issue but I trust you'll remain vigilent to correct that over time with your known persistence to see justice brought to bear against those who commit securities violations.

Possibly you haven't presented your concerns properly. Feel free to have Ms Addams present her findings with you when you approach these regulatory agencies again.

janice shell - you might want to amend your post to add that regulatory agencies are also interested these days in CEO's, Officers, Directors and Consultants that post on message boards pumping the stock without identifying who they really are.
