(hint): having just the NOBO in hand is next to _useless_.

(second hint): SLJB has no meaningful short , if any. What's wrong with you? Don;t you believe yourself?...I mean Petar?

(hint) : having the NOBO list in hand would be pretty amusing to see who the shareholders of record are. There's no way I could resist looking at them if for no other reason curiosity.

(second hint) : who said anything about that same list providing a clue as to the amount of a meaningful short position of the market makers? Mr. Vucicevich stated it himself that he didn't think there was a signifigant short. I assume that your question is only asking if I read it as well.
