That doesn't make any sense - why would the current management give away all of the assets and only receive 15% of BI. Plus the are a non-exclusive reseller.

BI doesn't have any need for EWLL.

YEP EWLL moved their Proprietary property to Canada to avoid a hostile takeover or having to give it up due to bankruptcy. They now have no debt and a clean shell that makes $$$ from BI and the platforms they manage as a VAR!!!
