You seem to be badly confused. YOU are the one quoting snips, not I. Another poster called Spiegel and got the truth.

GOOD NEWS! Just spoke to SPIEGEL & Associates (pls don't start calling that number). Spoke to Bernard (and as I said I would appreciate if people don't start pounding this guy with calls) and he said that the firm is looking seriously at an audit engagement with Sulja. He said a decision (either way) from SPIEGEL will be forthcoming before the end of this month.

You post far too much unverified "information" as fact.

Seems you'd choose not to make a simple phone call and ask Mr. Spiegel about the most talked about audit in the history of investing yourself.
