LOL I am sure there is merit in the patents BUT if you can't afford to prove the science yourself; you can't get anybody to partner with you; you are not effectively able to market your products; the company can only perpetuate itself through 'Death Spiral Financing' and 150:1 stock splits, then what is the true value of your company?
Shall we talk about the lost lawsuit(s)? (Matters of public record.) So why in the world would anybody give themselves a large raise in pay given the state of the company?
