AF's are being driven to completion with a named CFO and auditing firm.
There has been no official announcement by the company that the "named" auditing firm has agreed to perform the audit. In fact, the poster who claims to have been talking to Spiegel said they have not yet agreed to perform the audit.
As for the "named" CFO, there has been no official announcement by the company that a CFO has been hired, and if my memory serves me correctly, Petar didn't even know his full name (Siddiq).
It seems to me that you may be doing a great disservice to those who might not know better when posting your claims as fact when in truth there has been no official corporate announcement to support your claims.
The auditing firm confirmed that they are looking at SLJB's financials. I don't think they'd be desirous of confirming anything considering the intensity of effort that surrounds SLJB to drive the company into extinction considering what has been observable fact.
Has there been an official announcement of a named CFO? No...there hasn't been an official announcement, just Mr. Vucicevich's mention for now.
