They already said what they are going to talk about in the CC. They are going to talk about what is coming up with the company and the time frame. They are not going to talk about the stock or price climbing.

They are in the stock. If they talk about the stock or price going up the SEC can get them for front loading. If they don't talk about the stock or price going up, they are not front loading and the SEC does nothing.

Also: They want this on the big boards. Requirement for that is $4."
