IMO: Reverse, as much as possible, the current situation: The shell that was emptied should be retained. S.Bros Canada should fund the stock with a simple low-level audit, (don't worry about OTCBB req. at this point), which include ALL S.Bros Canada assets, down to the last 3 penny nail. NAME a board of directors, and sign off on the corporation. Close the damm thing and come onto the market as it should have all along: S.Bros Canada. (Not S.Bros, Nevada).
Get an court injunction against PV from EVER speaking about, on behalf of or referencing this company again. If they want to keep him in the loop for his "contacts", fine, but not position on the board, NOTHING....an employee. Period.
Then, see what happens.
The company has morphed so radically downward since the original advertisements it is no longer recognizeable.
