Preferreds are never registered, fringer...
...because they don't trade on an open market. It's the supervoting privs that give the preferreds their value. Why won't you address the issue I raised if indeed the preferreds have been cancelled? You won't discuss any possibility that everything isn't as rosy as you suggest, and prefer to simply call those who have a differing opinion by a variety of pejorative names.
When Mataras left, what did he take? Are you suggesting that he simply walked away? If Telynx has such potential, why would he do that?
