Agree 100%. Either the legal team had a lapse in judgement or they had thought through the potential risks/rewards of further extending the timeline and potentially tossing life lines to Bungie, Linden, ATVI and others. If the later, it sure would be good to understand WDDD's motive in deciding to wake up the sleeping giant prior to the 101 decision and/or their first settlement/judgement in the courts.
