I am still a little undecided on the term " intellectual property" as what would be included in this mining situation. Generally it should include the sampling results, mining stats, mineral reports, am so on. But since the agreement was with the GSMB, I am personally assuming (on my part) that it would also include permits, rights to mine.

There have been past discussions on this topic here. And a couple people had first hand mining knowledge. Would love to get confirmation on this.
