In addition wasn't it claimed that A+M was "managing" these MBS assets that were retained???

What ever happened to that theory?...the LT would have already known the value so no need for the Examiner to have investigated them.

They can't even keep their stories straight...just contradiction after contradiction yet we are supposed to take this seriously.

That has been my contention for quite some time. If we are simply waiting for the prescribed legal process to conclude, there should no question about the existence of assets, only the conditions by which they are released.

Kind of like a kid who can’t get to his inheritance until he reaches 35 for example. He knows it’s there and amount, but can’t touch it til then.

To not have hard, verifiable confirmation of assets at this stage is problematic from my perspective.
