YEPPERS you got it, THE 3RD CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS AND after 2 previous ties and DENIALS from 2 lower courts.

SO we wait to see how this one turns out.

Remember also she was NEVER even gonna be allowed to have her case heard, IT WAS GONNA BE DENIED before it was even heard.

Well what a shock, her case will be heard in 6 days...................GOOD LUCK AYA
