In the past the stock was used as an ATM to cover losses. The dilution destroyed the market cap for a long time and I would say only now has it recovered to a fair value (for previous filings). The lack of dilution makes me think the company no longer needs the dilution money, so is operating in the black. Without the need to keep the stock in good standing to eat up the dilution they let it go dark. If the company is indeed still operating then it makes me think that someone has been accumulating all the shares in the dark period, be that management or other shareholders.

At this point we need filings and disclosure from the company to really break out more. Otherwise we will see if accumulation continues...
