Yeah, seeing as how the A/S is completely unknown as the stock was decommissioned in 2017 meaning there is NO accounting whatsoever. That's great for Dennis since the A/S could easily be in the Trillions, same with the O/S. And of course he needs that since he can't sign any new contracts by FINRA regulation as the Business License was revoked in 2015 in Nevada putting him in the hole now by hundreds of thousands of dollars on top of the still unpaid debt. That even takes selling this as a Shell off the table. I mean why would any company buy a Shell with Debt and incredible financial baggage instead of a Clean one. LOL
And then there's the non compliance with SEC Filing Regulations, complete with the new Minimum reporting standards set to take effect in about 2 weeks. That of course if uncorrected WILL, not might, WILL result in DELISTING in 2021. But I'm sure with some good pump and misdirection, some traders might ignore all that AND the Dark and Defunct Status with Red Stop Sign on OTCMARKETS and help some here escape this POS. But not many, and certainly not for long. MNVN is on life support and Terminal. And everyone knows it. But again, good luck with the promotion!!
