The SEC use the 'filing issue' to get non-filers to file, especially when they start talking about ascension to an exchange for example. I can only assume that you and your cohorts have done your jobs by inundating the SEC with TLYN 'awareness' garbage over the last few months. Seems you guys spend a lot of time on this half penny stock, trying to trip it up. Years, in fact.
You and your buddies' tack here of late has been to assume the SEC are going after TLYN on the basis of 'scam issues' that you believe are taking place. Each of you have been harbingers of dire fate for TLYN and its stockholders going back many years. It is important that people reading your posts understand the agendas that each of you have, know your dark histories with this stock.
As to agendas, SEC AP's rarely, if ever, have them. They are straight forward processes. Please file or face revocation. Nothing else can be assumed, and your insistence that something else is going on speaks of depseration, both on your part, jurisper's, and Gabor S.Acs'.
Maybe all three of you can meet up spmewhere to discuss the end of the world as we know it, holding hands and praying in a circle jerk of some kind during the Administrative Hearing as TLYN is granted approval to move forward, it's up to date filings duly noted and accepted.
