Nah, halting trading in just 'one province' is no big deal. Ontario, that's a pretty small province isn't it? It doesn't contain the countries capital, largest city, main stock trading hub, pretty much the center of the country, does it? Trust me, I didn't even think they could halt trading in an entire province just to make sure the tenticles of insider con men dumping shares was stopped. It is a huge deal. They have a slam dunk case in my opinion. Whether the cease trade order is lifted from the rest of the province and just continues for insiders is the best anyone can hope for.
