$1.50 by end of 2007?

Is this possible with the current share structure? Are we talking about some positive earnings and PPS skyrocketing with the current OS? I'll be the first to hope that dilution is slowing down in the current year and that other projects are coming to fruition/culmination.

I'm just wondering where the $1.50 per share price target comes from. I have over 6MM shares and am not rooting against this price target, believe me :)
