Save America means Make America mine. In Trump's mind that's all it is. The $150 million plus, plus to come, underlines the level of support Trump has for his claim the election was a fraud.
It doesn't matter that the election was free and fair. It doesn't matter that Trump is a liar, cheat and a dangerous demagogue. A man of no ethics. A man with no morality. A man without principle.
It matters only that so many millions of Americans still believe in him and his lies.
That is the real danger. That is the real shame. That's where the sadness lies.
