I agree with you. Did you see if the SPAC issue will be brought up at the hearing? It's hard for me to read all that garble. I didn't see it though when I read it.
I'm assuming that they will claim ignorance and try to blame AD and Gottbetter for some of it, since they were handling it. But I think they will try to fix it. It's just a matter of filing some paperwork and handing in a BOD list, right? I think PV is unaware of the issue, or is already setting up his claiming ignorance. On the blog, he did not seem to understand some questions to him regarding the SPAC issue and the "funding" of the shares.
