I have a serious question here that I sincerely ask for the sake of understanding and not being provocative or ruffling feathers. I know someone will probably have a great answer to this, and I thank you in advance:

Q) What does this company have thats proprietary?

Why haven't large pay app companies in an already saturated market that have been playing in this field capitalized on this opportunity yet? If there is nothing proprietary or limiting for them to do so, why haven't they taken advantage of the billions they have in capital, the experience, financial know-how, to enter this space?

What gives HUMBL the edge? Has anyone seen or used the app yet or is it all future looking?

Personally, this is the question I'm asking to validate whether this company is really worth billions (PPS > $), otherwise it would seem like just hype. I don't think the company needs proprietary tech to be successful especially if there are features and advantage to truly capture a user base.

Eitherway, its quite remarkable momentum and a huge win for shareholders that have made significant bank here. Best of luck to all.

The amazing thing about a company of this caliber using spac instead of traditional IPO is that usually when companies do the IPO the big boys get first dibs to run up the value and then the public (if they can afford it) can buy in. With the spac, the big boys won't touch it until it hits a certain value, so the little guys can buy it and get life changing money, then later when the price is higer, the big boys sweep in and buy it up anyway. They company still wins with the share buy back at such a low cost, when big boys buy it up, company gets mega value on their purchase. In this senario, everyone is a winner... It really is a beautiful thing to watch.
