#207520 RE: TRUISM #207519

Potential clients, who will hopefully receive material in 2021, don't know if the fibres they are being sent, can be produced in MASS quantity;continuously;yada, yada, yada.

Nothing against anyone outside KBLB, but, if you're not a potential customer or a Company Employee/Insider, you don't know if they can produce in mass quantities. Basically because you haven't been shown the material, the processes, the infrastructure...the PROOF that those requiring it, have.

Just because one hasn't communicated with the company doesn't mean the company hasn't communicated with their customers in a way that satisfies those customers. Not to mention all the other little essentials that agreements are made on/with.

It is what it is. Like it or not.

Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating it!

DROP-IN AND GO KBLB! HOLDING THE GOLDEN!!!

Nothing against Trevor K. but he is up against a scientific community that emphasizes proof over belief.

It is diminishing Dr. Trevor Kane and this could still soon be wasted breath, when the USPTO publishes the patent apps. Still, Kim is unbelievably too silent when it comes to filling in the blanks.

"In November, of 2018, the Company retained Workman Nydegger as its Intellectual Property counsel and expects to utilize their expertise in prosecuting these, and all future, patent applications."

That means the application will be published the first Thursday AFTER the 18 months from the earliest priority date (which we now know is likely to be May 23rd, 2019). -GTman

I suppose others missed the target when they said "who cares if they file another patent." We'll add you guys to the list.

Not sure what happens when that Thursday is a Holiday. If the USPTO documents are adhered to strictly, then we might not see these apps until Dec 3rd.

At this point it won't matter when they start talking. Whenever they do start talking, I think we can assume the first delivery was made or to be made shortly. Kim seems to be listening to some of us.
