vtopa- The link is to an article written by the poster himself, and if you look at his profile you'll see that he's already been booted. In a sense it's kind of autobiographical, because he was sued by the SEC and couldn't afford an attorney to defend himself. If you're interested, I can give you zillions of references; but there's really no reason that you should be.
As for this stock, you can't say that you weren't warned. It's going to go to subpenny again eventually at which time it will be reverse merged with yet another scam and it will start all over again.
