The common stock will not be cancelled and will remain intact as per what they PR-ed. There is no reverse split. There is no dilution... period. A company can't do a reverse split while in bankruptcy. A company can't file for any corporate action requests with FINRA while in bankruptcy. Anyone saying anything different is false. Mary Sieling was appointed by the US Trustee, not the company. She is not going to oppose the motion that her employer has proposed, especially since, by law, the company cannot do a sub chapter V election.

Great Post Stervc. I emailed CEO last week and he responded within hours and gave me his direct number with any investor related questions. Called and confirmed they are in process and confident that they will come out of bankruptcy with clean slate.

Today, the court denied trustee's motion to convert/dismiss, without prejudice. The SubV status motion has been continued allowing parties opportunity to provide additional evidence and arguments. Amended scheduling order to follow, with goal of moving forward quickly. $DGTW
